New Heidelberg Plant for Reliant Colour Solutions

Maidenhead, Berkshire (07th September 2011) – The Reliant Colour Group order a new Heidelberg XL 75 B2 5 colour press, with in-line coater and InPress Colour Contol.  This fully automated press reduces make ready wastage by over 60%, and monitors every printed sheet for improved colour consistancy throughout the print run. A total investment approaching £1 million.

Maidenhead, Berkshire (June 2012 ) Reliant Colour Solutions purchases a new Horizon 5500 Stitchliner. This new model replaces the previous Horizon stitching line, and brings improved production speeds to the bindary department.

Maidenhead, Berkshire ( January 2013 ) Reliant Colour Solutions purchases a new Heidelberg Suprasetter CTP machine. This new investment will improve the plate output speed in the pre press department and improve overall production times on our clients projects.
